The brief
Posts were being made ad hoc and the feed showed it. The team did not need more design; they needed fewer decisions.
The approach
We started by auditing six months of posts and grouping them into five recurring jobs. Everything else was noise. Forty layouts cover those five jobs across three formats.
Constrain the choices
Two typefaces, three colour roles, fixed safe areas. Nothing to decide at 9am.
Build for the tool they use
Templates delivered where the team already works, not in a file they would need help opening.

The result
Posting cadence became consistent because publishing stopped requiring a designer. The feed reads as one account again.
